DrugHub Data Deletion Instructions

Send a deletion request to softrxlabs.dev@gmail.com.

Suggested subject line: DrugHub Data Deletion Request

Please include enough information for DrugHub to locate the relevant record:

• name;
• WhatsApp or phone number used with DrugHub;
• approximate date of interaction;
• enough detail to locate the relevant record.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, or unnecessary medical information.

DrugHub may need to verify that the requester controls the relevant phone number or account before deleting information. This helps protect users from unauthorized deletion requests.

DrugHub will review and process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period. Deletion may remove or anonymize personal information where deletion is permitted.

Depending on the request and applicable retention needs, deletion may remove or anonymize:

• sourcing requests;
• contact information;
• WhatsApp identifiers;
• stored message content;
• location information;
• related operational records where deletion is permitted.

Some records may need to be retained where required for:

• fraud prevention;
• security;
• legal obligations;
• dispute resolution;
• financial or operational record keeping.

Deletion from DrugHub does not automatically delete information independently held by Meta, WhatsApp, Twilio, pharmacies, suppliers, delivery partners, or other third parties. Those parties may have their own deletion request processes.
