• medicine sourcing requests;
• names and contact details;
• pharmacy and supplier details;
• WhatsApp identifiers;
• message content needed to respond to requests;
• location information voluntarily provided for medicine sourcing;
• technical and operational logs.

Users should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive medical information through WhatsApp. Only share information needed for DrugHub to understand and respond to a medicine sourcing request.

DrugHub uses information to:

• process medicine sourcing requests;
• contact pharmacies and suppliers;
• return sourcing results;
• communicate with users;
• prevent fraud and misuse;
• improve reliability;
• comply with legal obligations.

DrugHub does not sell personal information.

DrugHub processes information when a user requests medicine sourcing support, consents to communication, or voluntarily provides information for that purpose. DrugHub may also process information where needed for legitimate operational interests, fraud prevention, service reliability, or legal obligations.

By sending a sourcing request or continuing a conversation with DrugHub, users consent to DrugHub using the information needed to handle that request and communicate results.

• pharmacies and healthcare partners;
• suppliers;
• delivery partners when required;
• infrastructure providers such as Supabase and Vercel;
• communications providers such as Meta WhatsApp and Twilio;
• authorities where legally required.

Shared information is limited to what is reasonably needed for the request, service operation, safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

DrugHub keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to process requests, maintain operational records, resolve issues, prevent misuse, improve reliability, and meet legal or business record obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is kept.

DrugHub uses reasonable technical and operational safeguards intended to protect information. No system or communication channel can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users should consider that WhatsApp messages may contain only information needed for the sourcing request.

Depending on where a user lives, they may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict certain processing of their personal information. DrugHub will review requests and respond as appropriate for the user's circumstances and applicable obligations.

Users may ask DrugHub to correct inaccurate information or delete information that is no longer needed. Some information may need to be retained where required for operational, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, safety, or legal reasons.

DrugHub may use service providers that process or store information in countries other than the user's own. These providers may include infrastructure and communications services needed to operate DrugHub and deliver WhatsApp or messaging functionality.

DrugHub is not intended for children to use independently. A parent, guardian, caregiver, or appropriate adult should make requests involving a child and should share only the information needed for medicine sourcing.
