DrugHub Terms of Service

By using DrugHub, sending a medicine sourcing request, or continuing a conversation with DrugHub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

DrugHub helps users submit medicine sourcing requests and helps operators contact pharmacies, suppliers, healthcare providers, delivery partners, and users to process those requests. DrugHub may return sourcing results based on information received from those parties and from operational records.

Medicine availability, prices, pharmacy responses, delivery options, delivery timing, and final transactions depend on third parties. DrugHub does not guarantee medicine availability, price, delivery time, pharmacy response, final transaction, medication authenticity, medication safety, regulatory approval, or clinical outcomes.

Users are responsible for confirming the medicine, strength, dosage form, quantity, price, pharmacy, prescription requirements, and any other purchase terms before buying or using a medicine.

Users must provide accurate contact, medicine, location, and request information. Users should not send unnecessary sensitive medical information through WhatsApp or other communication channels.

Prescription-only medicines may require a valid prescription and regulatory checks. Users should follow the instructions of licensed healthcare professionals.

DrugHub is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, prescribing, emergency care, or clinical consultation. DrugHub does not provide medical advice. If you have urgent symptoms or a medical emergency, seek appropriate emergency or professional medical help.

Pharmacies and suppliers remain responsible for their own licences, stock, prices, product quality, dispensing decisions, and legal compliance. Delivery terms may vary depending on the pharmacy or delivery partner.

You must not misuse DrugHub. Prohibited misuse includes:

• fraudulent requests;
• impersonation;
• abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct;
• spam or unsolicited bulk activity;
• scraping, harvesting, or automated extraction of service data;
• interference with the service, its systems, or its providers;
• illegal activity.

DrugHub, SoftRx Labs, and their service names, software, text, layouts, and other materials are owned by SoftRx Labs or its licensors, except for third-party content and services. You may not copy, modify, or reuse those materials except as allowed by law or with permission.

DrugHub uses and interacts with third-party platforms and providers, including Meta WhatsApp, Twilio, Supabase, Vercel, pharmacies, suppliers, and delivery partners. Those third parties may have their own terms, policies, systems, and responsibilities.

DrugHub may be unavailable, delayed, changed, limited, or discontinued from time to time. Features, workflows, communication channels, and service coverage may change as the service develops or as third-party provider requirements change.

DrugHub may suspend, limit, or terminate access where reasonably needed to protect the service, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations, or respond to conduct that violates these terms.

DrugHub is provided on an as-available basis. SoftRx Labs aims to operate DrugHub responsibly, but the service depends on user-provided information and third-party systems. DrugHub does not promise that every request will be fulfilled, uninterrupted, error-free, or accepted by a pharmacy, supplier, or delivery partner.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SoftRx Labs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of DrugHub. SoftRx Labs' responsibility for direct damages is limited to what is reasonable for the service provided and the circumstances of the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

DrugHub handles personal information as described in the DrugHub Privacy Policy.

DrugHub may update these terms from time to time. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use of DrugHub after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
